When emailing please remember that the more information you give the better we can help. Emails with "What's going on?" don't allow us to help you at all. Try including Name, Type of heater, Engine type. Try and ask your question in as much detail as you can.
Alternatively check the forum as your question may already have been answered. If not then ask the question on the forum and that way more people will offer advise and others will also benefit from the answers.
