The using of Veg oil or Bio diesel or any other alternative fuel in your vehicle is entirely at your own risk. Not every vehicle is capable of running on cooking oil at a high % even when heated. It is therefore your responsibility to determine if your vehicle is suitable for use with alternative fuels.
Order processing normally takes 1 day but may sometimes be longer depending on demand. Post is normally next working day by 1pm.
Returns Policy
"If you bought goods as a consumer within the meaning of the Distance Selling Regulations you have a 7 day “cooling off” period. we offer a 7 day return option to all customers in any event. Such items must be returned in resalable condition and in accordance with the packaging requirements below.
Products must be returned at your cost with proof of delivery being available upon request.
Goods returned under this option after the 7 day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
All goods returned must be securely packaged and returned in equivalent packaging to that in which they were received. I cannot accept returns if goods have been damaged in transit as a result of inadequate packaging or are not in a resalable condition."
Faults policy
If you have a plug failure then you can return the faulty plugs at your cost and upon receiving your faulty plug a replacement will be posted out to you.
If you do not return your faulty plug you will not receive a replacement, No Exceptions.
Plugs that fail due to incorrect fitting or by running the unit with air in will not be covered. Please ensure air is properly purged.
You can buy replacement plugs from us before returning the faulty plugs. When we receive the faulty plug back you will be refunded the cost of the plug.
Faulty units must be returned for repair. No exceptions and no parts will be sent out. If the unit cannot be repaired a replacement will be sent of the same or higher value.
We accept no reasonability from the use of alternative fuels or our heaters and accept no liability for consequential loss or any damage from the use of alternative fuels or our heaters you do so entirely at your own risk.
